"The historical atmosphere along with the exquisite finishes, pictures, and stories made this a favorite for us! The restaurants and seating outside had a European feel for us on such a beautiful day. The room was spacious and comforting and we loved it so much that we asked what mattress brand was used. We would go back here anytime. The walking and views were incredible. Full five stars for us!"

"Everyone was awesome. One bad experience at front desk. Both my room cards were not working on elevators and rooms. I shared this with front desk worker who was leaving for day and she quickly reset cards. Same thing 10 min later, Cards not working on lifts and rooms. Another girl up front imsisted my son Must have latch on door. I checked, it wasn’t and she refused to look into further i.e. log into PC. Weird and rude but all else great. "

"There wasn’t much to like about this place we I came in it was dirty and had bugs missing items they claimed to have I guessed I made a mistake and reported it to Expedia I got a phone and was threaten not to ever leave a bad review on there again I better call them first.
