"Amazing resort! The staff made our stay the best!! Nicky, Bayu, Lia, Erik, Tina and many others treated us like family. Resort and pools are stunning. Food is world class. We felt very safe and our every need was met by staff from spa to nightly shows. Best resort we have stayed at."
"The "pool access room" in the photos show you can walk out of your balcony into the pool. YOU CANNOT ACCESS POOL DIRECTLY FROM BALCONY. They say its pool access cause your on the same floor as the pool, but tou so need to walk out to the pool. The pictures actually are AI that removed a wall so you could see the pool to make us think ita direct access.... this place does not have 3 pools!!! Its one giant pool they have split into 3. also has 1 restaurant. Over all it was ok but to be honest I...
"This hotel was so relaxing. I felt at peace. The view was breathtaking. I loved the spa.
The staff were so friendly. I felt cared for. I went out for multiple tours and every time I came back they would greet me “welcome back how was the tour?” They were very attentive
The food was so good. If I ever go back to Bali I will definitely stay here again."
"We absolutely loved our stay here! The staff was so friendly and always went above and beyond. The breakfast was a ton of food and always delicious, we ate some other meals at the restaurant as well which were also great. The pool was stunning and this was the nicest hotel gym I have ever used. 10/10 would recommend!"
"An incredible resort, would highly recommend to anyone! The resort itself is beautiful, a great blend of traditional Balinese design with modern amenities. We stayed for our honeymoon in a Uma Pool Villa, which I can only describe as the best room we have ever stayed in, very spacious living area and outdoor decking, indoor and outdoor showers. Would recommend adding a floating breakfast. What blew us away the most was the service, very personal and attentive without being intrusive - every...
"The view, the pool, the service, free breakfast. All perfect for a relaxed getaway. The drive and location are a bit away from the city center, but that's not even a downside in my opinion. It keeps the noise of everything else out of your experience here. You have some music playing here and there but overall, you're just lounging and listening to the trees, the birds and the river far below. Stayed in the private pool room and only used it once though. I would say the infinity pool is enough...
