From start to finish our stay at the property was easy. We had parking and a key fob to come and go as we needed. The duplex itself was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 kids age 17, 12 and 11 and we all fit perfect. We arrived on a friday and took a swim in the property pool which was super relaxing. There’s nothing like a warm welcome and deeply curious staff, invested in their craft and your experience. We arrived to a beautiful hotel and a team that wanted to know about us, genuinely curious, led by the remarkable Francois who, once he learned that we were going to walk the Puy, shared an enthusiasm that was infectious. That the rooms are gorgeous is almost a given. They are. As are the pool and bar. Francois embodies grace. Wow.

First, the hotel is beautiful and the ball is amazing!!!! The service is outstanding. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Lyon!!!

This was a great hotel and we enjoyed it very much and would go back again. The dinner at the restaurant was the best of our French trip and we had some very good meals.

This is the perfect property to stay and relax in the host were warm and welcoming , absolutely wonderful. Their breakfast and dinners were amazing !

Location,staff ,food !!!!!! Service was amazing . Staff super helpful. Can't have a better area to be in. Room was great with wonder amenities and housekeeping services. Would go back in a heart beat and just a general over all comment... what a great city
