"Yes it is an older hotel and the rebrand is still in progress. The price reflects this, we booked 2 rooms for just over £40 each for a night in August. The rooms were quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable. TV channels were a bit hit and miss - one only had BBC and the other the only access was via the apps ( I-player, netflix etc). It looks like it is an area set for redevelopment, house building programme across the road."
