"Very clean and spacious "

"Room was filthy, including dust build up on the walls, particularly the bathroom. Dirty marks on the carpet and bed linen. Massive hole in the bathroom ceiling. Shower water pressure was abysmal and took several minutes to run hot. Staff were unable to find enough pillows for 2 people to sleep in a double room. "

"The hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless but had a dirty of chemical smell which was a bit off putting. We were disapponted that there wasn't room service after a long journey to the hotel. Might be worth updating your website as we would have avoided getting a last minute luke warm takeaway. Breakfast was ok - the choice was really good but had been lying out a while so wasn't the easiest to eat. I would imagine it would be lovely if it was a bit fresher. "

"The rooms are very noisy can hear people talking in there rooms all night if someone uses toilet or shower can hear that was awake every hour. Staff very friendly shame about room noise "

"Arrived to a very dated hotel, the room was absolutely freezing we did try putting the heating up but when we came back from dinner and the show the room was still freezing, shower was cold too 😡 lovely big room and nice bathroom too. Breakfast was good. When we checked out we mentioned the room was freezing and the shower, we were told oh you should have asked for a heater 😳 I spoke to someone at breakfast and their room was freezing too, pity as we won't stay here again!"
