"I stay here every time I come to Aberdeen on business. It's a good and reliable hotel. This time though the bed was not the usual standard. In an Executive room there is usually a very comfortable super king bed; this time it was a double with a less good mattress. Not sure what's going on here as one would expect that the same class of room in the same hotel would have identical facilities. "

"Great stay! This is our second time staying at these apartments and will return. The lady on reception was fantastic and upgraded us to a super king size bedroom after me explaining I go for surgery Monday and it was a break before then so she tried to make us more comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and polite. The apartment itself was clean and well maintained with all mod cons and everything you need for a comfortable stay. With a central location this is a great base for any visit to Aberdeen, will stay again. Thank you "

"The room was covered in damp stains and with peeling paper from what looked like a leak in the ceiling. There was a strong chemical smell in the room and the carpet was sticky. Cigarette burns on the cabinet, black mould in the shower and a cracked sink. The name "Highland Aberdeen" appears to be fake for online, it's not the name on the hotel. Rooms don't look like the pictures."

"Nice cosy room, soft mattress which is my preference. Rom was small but perfect. Had everything i needed. Have stayed a few times so will def be back. Excellent cocktails in the bar!"

"The room was ok but there weren’t any obvious extra towels or pillows in the room. Ask at reception when we left and we’re told towels were in a drawer."
