"This hotel was great. We loved the Christmas display on the front of the hotel and inside. George greeted us and was so helpful parking our car and bringing our suitcases to the room. "Horrible. I arrived at 10:45pm and the address is not clearly marked. I checked my email for information or instructions, barely a word except check in closes midnight and a phone number. I call, no answer. I call again, the call gets canceled. I wait. I call again, call is canceled several times. I test, no reply. I call hotels.com and they said they spoke to the company and to call again. The call is answered but no one speaks. I call 4 more times, but no one speaks. Hotels.com said the owner...
