Unbelievable on all accounts. Great gym, pools, restaurants, food, covered amenities, etc.

My son and I absolutely loved (!!!) staying here. Tom is so nice and personable, and he provided great recommendations for places to eat and visit. We loved staying at this property. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and the staff is very helpful. Fresh bottles of water are delivered daily. The hotel lobby is lovely and having 2 Michelin star JYS in the building was a bonus. Proximity to old town was perfect. Close enough to walk daily without being in the middle of the crowds.

One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. This is the quintessential German resort hotel, unbelievable property that has us finding new rooms and experiences each day. In the middle of hiking country with e-bikes easily rented. The food and service was impeccable, can’t speak more highly!

Great service. Staff bent over backwards. Had a problem with wireless internet and was fixed on the spot. The property is spotless.

All staff was very helpful and friendly. We loved the breakfast buffet and the Spa area. Fatima at the front desk was especially helpful and genuine!!

This hotel is fabulous and convenient to the Christmas markets. We really enjoyed our stay. The Christmas tree in our room was a bonus.

Our room had recently been redone and was beautiful! It was very spacious and had a gorgeous shower. People should be cautioned, however, that it is open to the room and when sharing with someone other than your partner can be uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful in suggesting restaurants and with any other questions we had. The hotel is located right in the heart of Colmar and is convenient to all. Breakfast is included with delicious pastries and breads, but no hot food is available....
