Hotel staff will bring you into room and explain everything inside it which was very helpful. swimming pool not big but they separate adults pool and family pool. there is a small jacuzzi pool inside the infinite pool which i enjoyed so much. I had a couple of issues, mostly down to translation issues as I don’t speak Japanese but they were sorted extremely promptly.
