Sheim (apologies if i spelt the name incorrectly) assisted me in purchasing my train tickets when i was unable to do so online and Youness offering me coffee before the kitchen was opened when i had to leave on an early morning trip. The Moroccan buffet breakfasts and dinners were delicious, with so much choice. The building and grounds are very, very beautiful. Dinner while watching the incredible display of Arabian horses and dancing was out of this world. "
