"Beautiful hotel with fantastic facilities across the complex. Breakfast and evening buffet dinner were excellent quality and good range of options. Rooms were spotless with great facilities including coffee machine and great shower. Wonderful sea view and balcony space. Bus stop just across the road for travel into the Old Town. Parking spots available outside the entrance for rental car. Will definitely return."

"The hotel is so beautiful and super clean 7stars specially that we had sea view with balcony it is amazing. Internet super fast 50m/s. brackfast is just good. Downside is that the location is far from old town so you will have to ride bus which is not a big problem specially that it goes every 20mins but cost 13 hkn/one way and 300hkn to and from airport. There is side walk from the hotel to sunsets beach (wich has some restaurants and activities) along the shore so beautiful. IMPORTANT, we...

"We couldn't fault this hotel at all. It was truly amazing. We felt so well looked after all week. The suite we had was spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a kitchenette and lots of storage space. The breakfast was top quality, plenty of choice and served over a span of 4 hours which was convenient. We can highly recommend this hotel and if we return to Dubrovnik, wouldn't hesitate in staying there again."

"We were moved last minute to a sister property, Hotel Excelsior, due to end of season maintenance. The staff was lovely and very helpful with the details of the change. We were upgraded with a beautiful, seafront room and greeted with a bottle of wine and tray of sweets. While unexpected, we had a terrific stay and loved Excelsior and hope to be back to stay again!"
