"The staff make this a 5* hotel. It's a little awkward to get in and out of. Left out of the main entrance leads you to the busses and across the plaza and down through the shopping centre is also a good way to avoid steep roads. Avoid rooms ending 01. I was in 101 and paid extra for a balcony only to find a temporary tower directly to my left, a building site to my right and an office meeting room a stones throw away looking directly into my bedroom. The privacy mesh doesn't do a complete job....

Only lost one point because check out was a little clunky and we didn’t appreciate being woken one night at 1045 (after we’d gone to bed) because staff had forgotten to ask us to sign for two beers!
