"Hotel was amazing i extended my stay for a week, the hotel even gave me a great offer. They really went the extra mile to meet our needs. The resort is amazing, clean and beautiful. People can speak english that makes life easier. "

"Wir haben das Hotel am ersten Tag wieder verlassen, da es alt und sehr unhygienisch ist. Unser erstes Zimmer war ein Bungalow, umgeben von viel Natur. Dort hatten wir tausendfüßler und Würmer im Zimmer. Daraufhin wurde uns ein Zimmer direkt im Hauptgebäude angeboten, jedoch waren hier Schaben im Badezimmer, woraufhin wir beschlossen haben, noch am selben Tag das Hotel zu verlassen. "This is a really good all inclusive hotel, the food is above average and the drinks are average. The pools are really nice and the hotel is right on the beach. Although the hotel is remote (about 30 mins from Kusadasi or 100 lira taxi). "La propiedad está muy bien ubicada, cuenta con mucha amenidades y el personal es muy atento y listo para brindar apoyo para cualquier situación or concerniente. Algunos miembros del personal muy atentos pero con comunicación limitada, ya que no cuentan con un inglés o español básico. La recepción todos en general desempeñan una gran labor, SÚBANLE EL SUELDO!!!! Ya que todo personal de la recepción y del desayuno son fantásticos y listos para resolver todo tipo de situaciones. El spa, me fascinó, solo que el cuarto de vapor ( steam room) estaba dañado Pero en general todo bien, Les pido que por favor atiendan bien y alimenten a los gatos, y que no sean maltratados por los huéspedes del hotel. Vi algunos huéspedes ahuyentando los gatos de forma “TOSCA” Ellos viven allí y es su casa. El turista está de paso. Sugiero que debería haber un letrero o de antemano comunicar al turista Que no debe haber ningún maltrato en contra de los gatos."
