"Staying at Intercontinental Adelaide is like my home away from home. On arrival I'm always greeted with excellent customer service from all staff. When staying here, I aways choose to have lounge access. The staff in the lounge go above and beyond. The service is always 10/10. Saturday night was extremely busy and staff were run of there feet but they always had service with a smile and were always making sure guest were well looked after. "The staff are welcoming...from the Car park Valet staff to the Reception staff . The lovely views from the large windows and very comfy beds and the great bathrooms, it was a lovely stay. And the welcome drink is a nice touch.😊"

"We stayed for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel is just stunning and was the perfect location for getting ready. We just wish we had a room on the river side as our view was just the top and sides of other buildings which doesn’t make the best view. I have stayed before on the river side and it is just stunning. The staff were friendly and went out of there way to help us enjoy our stay."
