First, I did not received my access code until less than 4 hours before check in (not the 24 hours they say in the listing), and I had to call numerous times to get it. "Called to inquire about early check in, was told I would be given a called back. I called again the next morning because I received no call back. Was again told either a call or text to the CONFIRMED number would be given. No call...When I was able to check my email, noticed there was an EMAIL confirming an early check in - - it was too late because I received that after the time for the regular check in... and in the meantime other arrangements were made to accommodate the need for the early...
