"Excellent accommodation, bed a little hard but otherwise perfect. Staff very extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here as it’s so close to everything, only short light rail ride to surfers. Love the cheap transport. Will definitely be coming back and staying here again"

Unfortunately, the most negative part of our stay was the service — several staff members were noticeably rude, which really affected our experience and has made us hesitant to stay at another QT property in the future."
