"The property was in a good location and was easy to get to the Metro. I felt it was a safe area. It was also close to the Duomo and shopping areas. Also, the staff were beyond excellent at the hotel. They were always friendly, warm and helpful. The nicest people!!! "Greta 4 nights to begin our tour of Italy. Service here is wonderful and extremely friendly. The rooms are huge by European standard with over sized king beds. The location is good for short cab rides to the train station or city center. Not much around as far as walking but there is an STK steakhouse across the street we enjoyed and the restaurant/ bar in the hotel is beautiful and has good food, which is nice after a long day out sight seeing. "
