"Lovely welcome on arrival.. Room clean and bright, Balcony not enough room for a chair so that was a disappoint, Pool area and surrounding areas were well maintained Staff friendly and happy to help Food great selection to suit everyone "

"We stayed here for 4 nights the resort was lovely and had beautiful views and many activities to keep kids busy. We enjoyed the night activities and music for adults aswell The only thing was that reception staff are not very knowledgeable and know basic English to help guests out, and at times they were quiet rude and abrupt "

"Fabulous hotel, beach front, lots of facilities, unfortunately all were closed as we arrived off season. This did not stop the staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every request was met with a smile. Very mature gardens which led to a feeling of tropical paradise. "

"The location is very good but the hotel is old , I booked with sea view but I received a room without, after I spoke at the reception the second day they gave me with sea view but the room was very old like 3*,I was disappointed. "

"5 star beautiful hotel, excellent service and facilities. The pool is stunning, and breakfast always high standard. Special mention goes to the spa and gym which is part of the hotel that guests have full access to. We went to the gym and sauna almost every day and had an extra turkish baths treatment which was blissful. Highly recommend. Easy 10 min cab ride to Bodrum city and the beautiful Bitez beach for restaurants, attractions and shopping. "
