"Great location, comfortable room. Nice bed linen and very comfortable bed."

"L’hotel est très agréable avec une decoration original et les chambres sont calmes et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est correcte mais j’aurai aimé avoir quelque chose de plus anglais. Sinon, les poussoirs des gels douches etaient inutilisables et nous avons du demander 2 fois (une fois lee matin et ensuite le soir car rien n’avoit été fait) pour que le probleme soit resolu (ce qui a pris 5 minutes)"

"Fantastic stay!"

"This was the best London hotel I’ve ever stayed in . Clean, comfortable, beautiful , gorgeous pool , lovely staff. Fantastic view from our room and they even brought my husband a birthday cake 😁 The location was just perfect as well right near Liverpool Street station, lots of bars and restaurants and a short walk from Spitalfields market . We often stay in London so we will definitely be back ."

"Amazingly helpful staff, professional and kind. Breakfast included was great and they let us order it to take away BC we had to leave for airport at 5 am. Having access to the spa to freshen up before we got our room was also amazing. Really appreciated the arranging of a taxi, the wake up calls and just general feeling of interest from the staff."

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff! From the moment we arrived everyone was so helpful. Restaurant food and staff 10/10. The spa staff were so lovely, especially our massages by Grace she is Amazing!! Highly recommend a treatment! The coffee shop best lemon cake & coffee in town! Will 100% return."

"Overall this wasn’t the hotel for me. The television did not work, the bathroom door did not close, the elevator was broke and I did not like the area."
