"This is an amazing building that has been thoughtfully converted. The rooms in the main block are large, comfortable and the bathrooms are especially spacious. The bed was a little too firm for me but that is a personal preference- it was huge and had lovely linen. The wallpaper was a little worn in places in my room but overall it felt very luxurious and the staircase and lobby are very grand and impressive. The tub is so difficult to step into, I was scared each time as I'm pregnant and kept grabbing for dear life. I kept thinking what would people with disabilities or elderly do. "

"Our second visit and it certainly did not disappoint. From our arrival, being met in the car park, through our stay to the very last minute, the staff could not do enough for us. Room was spacious and well laid out. Lemon cake already in the room was delicious. Grounds are amazing especially if like me, you are interested in plants, their growth and wellbeing.
