"Great property right in the middle of the CBD. Hotel has a lot of history and staff is very knowledge about the property. Maxwell who was in the 1902 Club Lounge was truly amazing and made the stay very memorable. If you can spend a little extra for the Club Lounge, it is worth it. "

"This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update and a more robust selection of liquor. It was a bit to sterile for my tastes - leaving money on the table for the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool were nice but again suffer from a narrow selection of alcohol. But overall - 5 of 5 stars! Truly enjoyed my stay. "
