"Stayed at hotel for friends birthday and went out in Southampton. Hotel is in a great location, very tidy and nice with lovely views from the rooms and restaurants. Service was lovely and very helpful. Food for breakfast was great, service for was excellent"

"Staff were super and the bed and pillows were amazing. Our room had air con, which was turned off when we arrived. It was extremely hot. Full sun had been on the room all day and it was like an oven. We turned the air con on and didn't make much difference. We did not sleep at all well We checked out early at 7.30 am as we we had to look after our grandchildren . We were not able to have breakfast which we had paid for as they didn't start service until 8.30 am All doors were locked...

"Koala cottage is the place to stay if you want a quiet relaxing holiday. Everything is provided, the accomodation is clean and very comfortable. The hosts are welcoming and provide a lovely breakfast, setting you up for the day. The TV is small and difficult to watch with older eyes. But then who goes on holiday to watch TV? "
