"Excelente hotel , el mejor en el que me hospedado"

"The hotel initially overcharged me and after complaining they adjusted the price to the correct number. However, they owe me a refund (I have all the receipts). When I call they indicate that they will follow up and refund the difference on my credit card. They never did and are unresponsive. Review your invoices and make sure you’re not being overcharged. Given my experience with this hotel I would not recommend it."

"The room was average, some stains on walls, broken lock which was supported by folded paper, peep holes was blocked. And some peeled wall paper. The toiletries were average, and the sink was clogged. Breakfast was not very good, the variety for vegetarians was limited."

"The best to stay at if you in Shanghai"
