"Amazing old style hotel with lots of charm. Beautiful library and bar. Room was big but not a great design but nice feel to it. No draws. I would take out the bench in the entrance way and replace it with a dresser. The front desk was very helpful and spoke good English. Really a cool place in an excellent location."

"This property was wonderful it had a great services, the only thing is to get to most places it’s a least a 30 min taxi. Which isn’t bad but just mentally prepare. The 37 restaurant and grill was amazing!!! The food was prepared wonderfully. Also if you do need a taxi the front desk personnel will call one for you, just tell them the destination. "

The rooms are very comfortable but what sets the Westin apart is the service. Everyone is so kind and helpful and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. "I stayed in a classic king room on a high floor and my teenage kids stayed in junior suite. The rooms were elegant and very clean. Plush bedding. Fantastic location - the Coex Mall is underneath the hotel and you can walk to Bongeunsa and Jamsil to attend a baseball game. I highly recommend this hotel!"
