"The service was impressive, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The common areas and restaurant were lovely. The only area that needs a bit of updating is the gym. It's functional, but showing it's wear and tear. "

"This was the first time for me staying at the Sankara in Nairobi, and I found the hotel to be excellent both in terms of comfort and cleanliness. My room was modern and well appointed and very comfortable. The food in the restaurants was good ands the steakhouse Graze was 4 out of 5 stars. The staff - 10 stars out of 5. Very (super) friendly and helpful and came through on every request. The only minor squawk I would give the hotel is that the bar on the first floor could do with an update...

"Anyone who stays at Hemmigways, Karen, Nairobi will not be disappointed. The property is often used as a pre or post safari hotel. But I used it as my destination resort in its own right & I was thrilled with everything, especially the kind & thoughtful attention from all the staff. Highly recommended."
