"Helped with luggage fast. No parking / chaotic to drop off luggage. Hotel was in a good spot - good recommendations for restaurants in the area. The pool area was a bit “run down” and the room was very small - we had a 3rd person in the room and the cot was very small with a very uncomfortable bed. "We were stunned at how beautiful the property was. It had many restaurants to choose from, some of the best resort/hotel food we've had. Even an ice cream/crepe bar! Staff was welcoming, warm and friendly. The spa was great. I didn't want to leave b/c they had everything there on the property. Would def come back again and recommend to friends."

"I didn’t like the fact that we had to rake our own luggage up and back down to the lobby… also we were with friends and the gadget a Nespresso machine and we didn’t even have coffee in our room I had to request it and was given instant coffee "

"The Palace is advertised as a 5 star, however it should be rated as 4 star. I had to move the bed to watch an uninterrupted view of the TV as one of the four posters posts was in the middle of the TV view. There are no t-bags or milk in the room and I had to continually ask for more coffee and sugar. The staff were always very helpful and accommodating.
