"Overall, it was alright. Air conditioning in common areas and cleanliness was very poor. Staff pleasant, but knew very little English which made it difficult to communicate. "

"In the bizzare hot, no A/C was working in the public and shared areas. The VIP service and room upgrade of Expedia wasn't honoured by the property. Food quality was lower than average. It's been a bad vacation for us. "
