"The hotel is well located, modern and with excellent helpful staff. There was a problem with the door key which didn’t work. I would like to give special praise to Po who is the receptionist at the Breakfast Room. Not only warm and welcoming but she remembered me and my granddaughter from a visit a month ago!! Right by the Opera House, walkable to many sights, and we happened to be there for two different festivals where we had excellent food from the fair stalls for a couple of the meals. Right next to a train station too. Would stay here again when next in Sydney though there are lots of cool hotels in this area.
