Palacio de Seteais is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The location is fantastic, the palace is beautiful and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped us to book a trip around Sintra. The spa is also wonderful -- Catia is so kind and creates a great atmosphere for relaxation. Our stay at the Penha Longa exceeded all expectations. From the beginning to the end. On arrival we were met with some of the most friendly and helpful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to please and to make the stay great. The hotel is nestled on a beautiful golf course. Lots of great restaurants and a superb free breakfast every morning. Star in every department was great. There was no language barrier. I would certainly return to this property. We had a wonderful vacation.

The room nice and clean but as I got in decided to take a bath and my bathroom's tub stopper was missing; the good part was I called the desk and it was fixed within the hour. I took my bathr; went to the sink to brush teeth and found out the sink would not drain; Again called the desk and a handyman came up within the hour.
