Lovely quaint village and country pub, was given a warm welcome on arrival. There are only 4 rooms in a separate block across the car park from the pub (no more than 20 yards away). The evening meal was excellent (calamari starter and pulled pork burger main) with good real ale. Topped off by an impressive breakfast - selection of cereals, fruit and yoghurt then a choice of various cooked options.

The Falcon is a charming, well maintained country hotel and restaurant. All the staff are friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jackie (B) has made our stay particularly special. The cottage room is compact but very cosy and well equipped. Everything about the Falcon is first rate!

Fantastic value for money and the location from
the motorway way super handy. We checked in late at night as we needed to night stop as we were exhausted from driving. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was fantastic and had so many options for all tastes!

The property is almost on Silverstone racetrack and the rack was busy the whole time. Lots of small, very fast, racecars plus other tricked out cars watched from the roof deck or the restuarant. The accommodation is spacious, interesting and comfortable, there are sculptures scattered through the grounds and each "room" has a deck or balcony with views of interesting landscaping or for more money fantastic views of the track. The adjacent pub with hand-drawn ale and others on tap gave the place a comfortable feel and the dining was excellent. I had the traditional English breakfast one morning (it has everything!) and the eggs Benedict the other morning. The beer-battered onion rings at lunch were the best. There is plenty of parking.

We stayed at this hotel to attend a race at Silverstone, which is a short drive away. For some reason we had an accessibility room, and the bathroom was a little weird. The drain made strange noise, but otherwise everything was fine. There are some nice small shops and restaurants withing walking distance. Plenty of room in the car park.

What a lovely place to stay. Olde World on the exterior - modern interior. Lots of storage, comfy bed, great bathroom, onsite and secure parking.
Located in a village, a 5 minute walk from a grocery store. The kithenette included tea, coffee, drinking chocolate and milk. Appliances included an electric kettle, microwave and toaster.
