"Hi, the room was lovely with a view of the track. The communal areas were cold and we needed to wear a coat in the bar. The staff friendly and welcoming except for one lady on the breakfast team who was rude and unhelpful. "

Mattress was a bit too hard and woke up with multiple bites on my body"
