Amazing restaurant with wonderful service. Breakfast buffet is well worth it and a great restaurant for dinner upon arrival. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. Great location in a beautiful area!

We stayed at the Rocco Forte line before and found it lovely, however the service and overall experience at the Charles Hotel truly defined luxury service. Best example: we wanted to take the subway to BMW World and it being a hard to find station, the concierge not only walked us to the station but down to the platform and ensured we got the correct train. We look forward to staying there again when we return later this year.

You can never lose with the Oriental hotel chains. They're always exquisite! The location of the hotel is fabulous, just steps away from the posh shopping street and a 5 minute walk to Marienplatz, the historical center. I wish I had known beforehand that the hotel was undergoing renovations. These will be finished in October so guests going there after this date will enjoy the beautiful foyer and new restaurant. The room was great, beautiful bathrooms and in general, impeccable service! The...

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Service, staff and amenities were great. The bedding was very comfortable. The one thing that we didn’t like was that the breakfast was rather pricy and wasn’t worth it. I didn’t appreciate all my children being charged as adults.

Excellent!
A hotel that truly understands what guests are looking for. It is one of the few hotels that made me want to stay inside rather than go out.
The combination of spacious, luxurious rooms, a daily Happy Hour, a superb spa (including a pool), and an exceptional rooftop terrace meant we spent quite a bit of time at the hotel—and it truly enhanced our Munich experience.

It's a Westin so you know what you are getting right off. Hotel is very clean and the staff were top notch. Parking was very easy albeit not cheap. The hotel is located 100 yards from the subway and it's only 4 or 5 stops to the town center. It's a very nice hotel but not centrally located if you want to walk to the town, you will need to take the train, but it's very close and only a few Euro's to get you there. There's limited dining options around the hotel but there is a Paulaner...

breakfast is very good with a lot of varieties, waiters are friendly. reception people are very nice as well.
we had dinner for 2 people and food was not good and far away from known Italian quality and taste. Sophie at the Italian restaurant is very nice and considerate.

I've stayed in many hotels in Munich, near the train station and this one is the best- very comfortable, clean, great amenities and great location. The breakfast is top notch and so is the spa. They have the most amazing masseuse from Thailand, and she incredible. I'll definitely be staying here when I'm back in Munich.

Roomers is a very new addition to the Autograph Collection of Marriott hotels, and it does indeed feel new. As for whether it passes for a true 5 star hotel experience, well, I think it'd be better classified as a 4.5 star property.
For one, like most European hotels, you always get the sense space is at an extreme premium. From the valet area to the positively compact lobby with its low ceilings, it's clear Marriott's goal here above all else was to maximize the number of rooms. It makes for a...

We stayed at this property for our first time in Munich. It was a great experience! The staff we pleasant and helpful. The hotel was very clean. They even assist with calling taxis. If we ever come to Munich again we would definitely choose TimeHouse!
