"Great location"

"Courtyard by Marriott turned into Motel 6 …!! 1) Room has standard menu, I ordered and later got surprised to know that they have another menu which has higher price. I am thinking Rs 750 as per room menu but bill came Rs 2400 per order. Big scam!!! 2) TV was not working, I called maintenance and they still couldn’t figure out. 3) After building a rapport with staff, they politely said this is the worst room. 4) Dining/Food manager Mr. Sagar, I am sorry to express that it was a worst...

"Hotel looks really good, the rooms are outdated, I had a non smoking room but the rooms did feel like a smoking smell was in the room. The bed and pillows were not as comfortable as I had imagined, the buffet breakfast was also not upto expectation. I was staying 1 night so it was ok, I would not book again."

"سحبوا مني مبلغ الإقامة مرتين وأنا مازلت على تواصل مع هوتلز لإعادة المبلغ لي "

"Excellent staff and check in process. Amenities very well maintained. Good restaurants. Hallways a bit humid."

"فندق رائع مجموعة عمل ممتازة "

"My wife was travelling alone on this trip and what we found amazing was they put her on a protected / segregated floor for individual women travelers. This floor had staff that are all female and access was strictly controlled. This is amazing, kudos to the ITC group for thinking about the safety. All the staff were amazing, my wife had a seamless experience from checkin to stay to check out. We always prefer to stay in ITC and we will keep coming back again and again."
