We wish we could give 10 stars! This was one of the most amazing hotel experiences we have ever had across multiple trips to Europe. Not sure how we fell into this boutique gem but glad we did. We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Roma. All hotel employees were very kind and helpful. Armond (spelling?) was most helpful and full of happiness. Out of the five hotels we stayed in, this was the only one with an elevator. Easier on the knees and legs. We chose this hotel because it was close to the hometowns of my grandparents. The hotel was very quiet and clean.. Hopefully, we can stay here again someday.

An amazing place to stay if you want to experience Italy’s past. The staff is very accommodating and the restaurant very good. I felt lucky to find this place to stay. One little thing to know before booking is that the access is a little bit of an adventure in itself.

Fabio and Theresa were great hosts. They were friendly and helpful. This location is very walkable and the Inn provides free nearby parking. The location is close to the city center and very walkable. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Top notch breakfast in the morning. I would highly recommend the Pistoia Inn B&B for your Pistoia stay!
