"The food at the restaurant was terrible. I ordered a bottle of wine and they sent another that was 3 times the price without telling me. They threw us out because they said they had to set up for breakfast while they had other tables still sitting. We were still drinking our wine. The only person that was nice at this place was the person at reception. "

"L’hotel è sicuramente ottimo nella struttura e negli arredamenti. Gravi disservizi per ciò che riguarda il riscaldamento che nonostante le ripetute richieste di attivazione, è rimasto comunque spento nonostante la temperatura lo richiedesse. Personale non sempre consapevole della situazione ( prima comunicato che bastava attivare il termostato, poi comunicato che l’impianto era spento, poi comunicato che sarebbe stato attivato a breve , cosa mai avvenuta)"
