"We stayed in the house for 10 days in October. The house and garden are really nice, the pictures do them justice. We really enjoyed our stay and Francesco was really friendly. Yet we feel, that some information is not correct. The pool could not be heated, and therefore not be used which was very disappointing, because we we really looking forward to a swim in the mornings. "This was our second visit to Massimo’s villa. It’s so peaceful and beautiful. The views are out of a storybook. Massimo is one of the nicest, kindest people that you’ll ever meet. We will return again and again! "

"This property was perfect for our large family. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. The common areas were large enough for us all to dine and enjoy time all together. The wine (stocked) was a great bonus as was the spa and indoor pool area. One of my favorite spots was the outdoor dining room! Great views and protected from the elements we could all dine outside together with a view of the pool and the Tuscan valley. This was one of my favorite places of all time!"
