"We had the worst experience at this hotel. We reserved and paid in full six months in advance because we planned to meet our relatives from Ukraine and spend time around this area. When we arrived, the staff transferred our reservation to another hotel without our consent. They claimed due to electrical issue in the room. We believe it was because we paid at a lower price six months ago and the current price went up. They over booked and they decided to cancel ours so I they can offer our rooms...

"The property and staff were excellent. The front desk clerk went out of his way to help us."

"Hotel Villa Casanova was one of the highlights of our trip to Tuscany! Everything about this place was special. "This is an amazing hotel right in the heart of the area. Walk to the beach, restaurants and many shops. The property is beautiful and the staff could not have been nicer. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip to Italy. I would definitely stay there again ! They made our first trip to Italy very special."

"Location of this hotel is brilliant. Hotel has a contemporary feel and is kept clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. We reported a few things to reception and maid (hand soap dispenser wasn't working and our keycard didn't work for a short while) but both issues were dealt with promptly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other travellers."

"Hotel is in such a great location and only 30 minutes on bus into the main city"
