The reason they gave me is that they cannot make changes to online order. I guess they can only make one-way change: upgrade only, no downgrade. On top of that I here is no free breakfast for a $700 plus per night...

"A well located apartment with all the amenities required plus more. The kitchen was very good and washer and dryer an unexpected surprise. Breakfast was great and changed from day to day. The staff were pleasant and accommodating."
