Such arrangements created significant inconvenience for my elderly parents who needs assistance. This set up made it difficult to support them and caused unnecessary stress for our stay. Your staff gave reasons as too many tour groups over weekend that made reservations 2 months in advance. My reservation was made 3 months in advance. "
