"Rather impressed!! Probably the best airport hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Yes it’s new and the detail in the build is something else. Restaurant VERY busy but staff managed to hold it together and provide excellent service . The food was exceptional!! The only negative is the steak knives need to be serrated, I know minor detail right!! Overall awesome stay."

"We stayed here because it was newly renovated . First room level three near main road thought this would be ok , totally not sound proff, so as needed to sleep, second room level 7 floorboard literally coming up off the floor , a trip.hazzard third room month floor ok bit still noise from other rooms. We were giving.lounge access as compensation and really Im glad we didn't pay for this having been to the intercontientialweelongton to am zing club lounge this was sub par."

"Phenomenal staff. Room was great and the hotel is in a perfect location."

"Staff are great here, very helpful and polite! The facilities are really good, very nice for a hostel. Miss Lucy’s cafe has great coffee!"

"Very good stuff"

"Great, compaq hotel, amenties all very good. Wifi code issuing etc a bit archaic ... need to just make there and avaliable seemlessly, this is 2026."

"Great location overall, very comfortable. Staff was excellent. Didnt care much for parking situation as had to park away from location and parking garage was very tight. I'd try street parking next time. Overall though, would definitely stay there again."

"The roof bar was closed on Sunday. Guests were very noisy coming in from pubs late at night & woke us up"
