We had a great stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was freezing cold! Breakfast managed to satisfy the four very different desires of our group. You will spend a bit on taxis to stay here, if you don't have your own car, as the walkable options are extremely limited. But if you're looking for a quiet place that feels a little more remote, this is a great option.

This place was quite convenient as it was located within walking distance of many restaurants…also property has free parking. Staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions-also recommended taxi tours to the waterfalls and Cuidad Del Este—would definitely recommend and will return to this establishment…

Amazing room but make sure you get the A/C on immediately! The area is hot and humid and you want to come the a room that's just fresh. The breakfast buffet was awesome and every member of my family had a wonderful time! Cheers to the super awesome pool and bar!

Overall was a great stay but did not receive any of the VIP perks. Staff was always there when needed and pool was very fun as well. Would stay again

First of all, the staff there are extremely helpful and friendly. It's a very relaxing place. They made good suggestions (like trying the fresh pasta, or going on a quick catamaran trip when our plans didn't work out, they had our room ready early and when there was a mix up with the airport pick up, they automatically made the effort to compensate and gave us a free return drop-off). El desayuno muy rico

The environment around is calm away from the city noise. The taxi service that hotel provides is excellent to move around the iguazu main attractions. The hotel staffs were professionals. It was good that the diner is included since the hotel has some distance to the city center. We enjoyed the stay.

Beautiful gem in the jungle with dipping oil, beautiful landscape, lovely staff, great food, very comfortable rooms! Staff exceptionally helpful to two English speakers.

We had a great time staying at the Loi Suites Iguazú Hotel - very interesting setup in the middle of the rainforest with wooden bridges between all the buildings, and the restaurants and staff were great. We didn't get to use the pool much because of weather conditions, but the hotel was a very convenient place to stay for trips to Iguazú Falls on both the Argentinian and Brazilian sides.
