"The room was small but very clean, and very high tech. Bathroom was excellent in size, design, cleanliness and ease of showering.Although geared to business travelers, the staff was helpful and courteous to these tourists, inexperienced in Lyon."

"The location was ideal. I like to walk everywhere and it was easy from here, as well as the walks being beautiful (except maybe the walk to the train station, but that was okay!). The room with the double windows (two sets per side, which opened) overlooking the water was a total delight as well as being very comfortable. For the shower without a curtain, the trick that worked for me was just to gently move the lever on the left forward, towards me, to use the overhead spray, which didn’t get as much water all over. Bistro Bondy, a few doors away, was great and is open for a simpler breakfast, as well as all afternoon (and Restaurant Albert was great and just over the river). The WiFi was also very good. An absolutely enchanting stay - and very pleasant and helpful staff!"

"I arrived slightly earlier than the 1500 check in time and I was delighted that I was allowed to check in early by a very friendly receptionist I chose the buffet in the dining room which had lots of choice and was all delicious The room had a very comfortable bed and very good air conditioning "
