When checking out after 3 days the older lady in reception had trouble with running our credit card snd suggested we mydt be over our credit limit? When she tried the other machine it went thru immediately. We were asked to use the same towels for three days when i asked for an extra towel it was really big deal. This is a one star hotel. "
