The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was lively, and the musicians were fantastic. The restaurant manager, Antonio, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making the evening truly memorable. The hotel is also right in the heart of the city center, which made it very convenient when we had tours scheduled and needed to meet with several tour guides. "So much noise from inside the hotel and out, could not sleep. Pillows were like bags of clumped material, no support and sore neck as a result - did ask for additional pillows as you only get one per person, but it was the same as the first. Also, the toilet had only a could of inches of space in front of it, meaning you have to sit on it sideways to use it if you're over 5ft tall. "

"This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. Nestled in the perfect part of Lisbon. The breakfast is absolutely impeccable and it is so close to literally everything in the city. Also, the best coffee shop outside - Senzi. Could not recommend this place more. The staff are also lovely. "

"Clean and excellent room. Upgraded to bigger bed on arrival. Excellent staff. Helped with directions to sights and night life. Centrally located super easy to use uber and metro. WiFi fast and easy to use. TV huge variety of channels, lots of English. Cleaning staff friendly and do great work. "
