"Really nice front desk staff. The lobby is located on the 2nd floor, not the ground. All mod-cons available and plenty of books to read. The room has a fridge, a TV, a stove, a microwave and is big enough that you can move around. The workspace desk is great, and the round dining table is perfect for 2 to sit comfortably. Would definitely stay again. Great price and located right next door to Newcastle Permanent Head Office. "

"Enjoyed the spacious room and bath, loved the option of not having the room cleaned with bonus $10 voucher, appreciated the receptionist's excellent customer service and the concierge looking after my car. The afogato was excellent too. Would like to suggest a microwave in the room for leftovers but we discovered that cold dumplings were fine!"

"This was the perfect little apartment for our weekend in Newcastle - quiet & private, a short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants & the beach, & only a 20 minute stroll to the CBD. The apartment was amazing value, beautifully decorated, modern & spacious with everything we could need. Definitely recommend staying here & would love to do it again!"
