"We arrived a couple of hour's before check in, to check in our bag's before heading to a lunchtime function however, we were able to check into 1 of our rooms early which we were very appreciative. Reception and housekeeping staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Very comfortable room but the only thing missing was a microwave. Could have been there but couldn't locate it"

"Location in the center of Newcastle, close to restaurants and facilities. Parking was very good and safe, but was an additional cost. Staff were friendly and helpful, gym was good. Room size was large and thet kitchen and dining area were very good. Bedroom was large and bed comfortable, a mirror in the bedroom would have been good. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend."

"Clean, comfortable room, loved the blockout blind. It was a little noisy on the street side so recommend asking for a room that doesn't face the street. Parking was easy. Staff friendly and 8 enjoyed the free breakfast. A lot of hotels are fragrancing their lobbies and rooms but was super happy that I only detected this very mildly on the corridor of my floor but not at all in the lobby or my room. It may sound odd to comment on but handy to know for people with allergies."
