"No microwave in the room is a bummer. They don’t want you heat food so that you spend money and time buying their super expensive food. The check in process was not very helpful. Had booked 2 rooms but was only able to check in 1 of them. "

We were there for our wedding and this was a complete let down. It is a shame because the hotel is lovely. They need to do better with reservations and check in. Because of this I only had a few hours to unpack my wedding gown and steam it and get ready for my wedding at Mt Charleston. For what I paid, this was a huge disappointment and inconvenience."
