"Good location but dirty rooms. No coffee maker. One room had fridge connecting room didn’t. Upon arrival after paying 25$ early check in the room had straw and empty water bottle on floor. Just gross "

"I was very pleasantly surprised at the renovated rooms. It felt very clean. The entire property felt clean. No interaction with staff due to the convenience of the check-in kiosks! "

"Check in was digital and clunky - the queue was long and slow so had to do it that way. Check out was same and page kept crashing and reloading. The room had last guests rubbish in, toothpaste over units, filthy air con filters despite it being a newer room and backed on to both the street and elevators so constant loud noise. The mini bar was extortionate and m&ms had been opened from last people who stayed. You can't put your own drink in the mini fridge or it will trigger a 65 dollar charge. The gym was shockingly tiny and basic. The pool was packed and had an insect (constant landing on you) two beers were 30 odd dollars and pigeon problem and the lazy river was closed despite being listed as a feature when we booked with no such forewarning. There's a lack of drinking water fountains throughout and the hotel was full of people approaching you to sell something and stopping you when you were walking."

"The Ballagio is very centrally located. We were able to walk to shopping and multiple restaurants. The property is very well maintained and had a lot of activity. "

"This was the worst experience ever. My first time in Las Vegas and it was my birthday as well. The bathroom sink was clogged. The tub did NOT turn on at all and when I called down to the lobby they said they would send someone up and never did. The next morning I went down and reported it to worker about it and he said there was never any work order put in and assured me that someone would be up to fix it. I went out for the day and when I got back to the hotel room that NIGHT nothing was fixed yet. At around MIDNIGHT maintenance knocks on the door to start working on the tub and took over an hour to fix everything we called down to the lobby to speak to a manager and we got left on hold. Every time we went down to speak to a supervisor or manager on the floor no one was ever available I ended my stay sooner than I wanted to because of that. I would NEVER book with them again! "
