Putting a bath tub with bubbles in a terrace overlooking houses road doesnt make it spa boutique. Free breakfast means thr owner would you a day before what you wnat and would cook the same for you. Thet upgrades me to a suite and I was so relaxed at the end of my stay I've booked another stay next year with my mum. It is located by the Limit river so you fall asleep to the flow of the water. "
