"I like the vicinity to train station and Altstadt shopping and restaurants.
The hotel lacks a few safety features in the Bathroom area like unsave bathtub ie could use rubber mats or hand rails.
The Bar/Restaurant on street level is excessively noisy (music - low level base) at weekends Friday/Saturday up to 4AM."
"We started at wonderful Hotel Baeren for two nights, and loved every second! We arrived a little late, and our key was left for us, super convenient to check in. Ample free parking right next to the hotel, close to everything and VERY quiet. The staff was so kind and welcoming. They had a coffee/tea station for us 24/7, with fruit, water and granola bars as well. The breakfast was also incredible. We would highly recommend this hotel. We have no idea why it is only classified as a 3 star, it...

"I booked this property because it had a lift. We are travelling with folding bikes and need to store them in our room. The lift only goes to level 4 and our room was on level 5. That is the only detracting feature of this property "

The only con to this stay was pretty minor â The toilet and shower are separated by only a curtain and water from the shower easily splashes out. Everything else was lovely. "Great place to stay at. A bit for from the city of Zurich but the bus station is right in front of the hotel so it is easy to commute. The staff were very helpful and friendly. A special thank you to the receptionist who helped us figure out our broken luggage, and the staff member who was always greeting us for breakfast in the morning. "
