Breakfast and dinner were delicious. Plenty of seating in the common areas and a beautiful view from the porch. Staff were very accommodating and friendly—had a reservation mix-up on our end and they were very helpful in sorting it out

I’ve now stayed at this hotel a few times. It is a very nice comfortable hotel convenient for my needs. Restaurant and staff very pleasant. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They have a great cafe and breakfast is included in your stay. You can park at the railway station close by and take a shortcut to the property. Room was lovely. You need to be able to go up stairs.

The room was what I wanted and the breakfast was great. It was close to the Stourport basin so it was easy to walk around the locks, canals and town.

Stayed at Brockencote in early September 2026. It was a very enjoyable visit. Highly recommend for peace and quiet, friendly staff, beautiful location, safe and easy parking, short distance to many local attractions. Must do's include Harvington Hall, Warwick Castle, Kenilworth Castle, Black Country Living Museum, Worcester. It is also not too far from Cotswolds tourist sites. The staff were excellent. Very cool old building. Large room. Great pub with fireplace. Friendly staff. A bit expensive.

A very nice stay. Though the rooms are above a pub, it was a quiet sleep. No on-site parking, but right across the street there is a municipal parking garage which wasn't too expensive. The Cathedral is a very short walk. The inn provided a nice continental breakfast. The pub scene was quite nice...the locals were friendly and welcomed this American.

Excellent stay at no. 12 apartments. Very comfortable and beautifully decorated with everything you need, even an ac unit which we were very grateful for! Excellent location too, high recommend!

An outstanding hotel with every modern amenity and elegant, comfortable updated rooms. Traditional service par excellence. This hotel offers a warm and inviting atmosphere and friendly staff. Great food in the bar and restaurant. Lovely location with wonderful views, close to town but also nearby country walks. Highly recommend.
